Altar Guild

The purpose of the altar guild is to serve the priest and congregation by preparing the altar and sanctuary for worship on Sunday. This very behind-the-scenes ministry is responsible for preparing the altar for all services including
  • weekday and Sunday services
  • baptisms
  • weddings
  • funerals
  • and all other occasions as needed
They are in charge of the care of the: altar vestments vessels and altar linens of the parish. There are four Altar Guild teams each working every fourth week.
